Recently, CNBMEP won the bid for the ultra-low emission environmental protection projects of Xinyi Glass（Malaysia，Wuhu）, the tonnage of glass furnace is 1000t/d and 2*1000t/d respectively. After the completion of the project, the emission value of SO2 ≤ 50mg/Nm3, NOx ≤ 400mg /Nm3, dust ≤20mg/Nm3.
The winning project of ultra-low emission of flue gas adopts NID deSOx and SCR deNOx technology independently developed by CNBMEP. This process has no waste water discharge and white plume while high efficiency desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal. The system has the advantages of low investment, stable and reliable operation, high efficiency, and the overall technical level has reached international advanced.
In recent years, China Building Material Environmental Protection Institute has successively completed the flue gas control project of the glass furnace production line of Xinyi Glass in Jiangmen, Tianjin, Dongguan, Deyang, Wuhu, Yingkou and Malaysia bases, which has been unanimously praised by the owners and the local environmental protection bureau. The winning bid further deepens the friendly and cooperative relationship between the two sides. The two sides will work together to build an advanced flue gas treatment project with high efficiency and low consumption, which has reached the international first-class level.
